摘要
H3PO4是一种重要的化工原料,用途十分广泛。本文介绍了H3PO4的生产方法,重点阐述了盐酸法湿法磷酸的工艺原理、研究现状以及CaCl2废液的综合利用现状。最后,针对盐酸法工艺存在的问题,提出了一些建议。大力开发盐酸法工艺对我国磷酸工业的发展有重要意义,研究重点是H3PO4萃取技术以及CaCl2废液处理技术。
Phosphoric acid is an important chemical raw material, it＆#39;s application is very extensive. This paper introduced the production method of phosphate acid, expounded the technology principle, research status of wet process phosphoric acid by hydrochloric acid process and comprehensive utilization of calcium chloride liquid waste. Finally, aiming at the existing problem of hydrochloric acid process technology, some suggestions were put forward were Vigorously developing hydrochloric acid process technology has an important significance to the de-velopment of phosphate acid industry of China, research is focused on phosphoric acid extraction technology and calcium chloride liquid waste processing technology.
