摘要 手性醇是手性药物重要的砌块,手性3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯乙醇是手性药物阿瑞吡坦的砌块。本文综述了手性3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯乙醇催化合成方法,并对各种合成方法进行的比较分析。 Enantiomerically pure alcohols was particularly useful as building blocks for the synthesis of phar-maceuticals, 3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)-1-phenethanol was building blocks of Aprepitant. Progress on the synthesis of chiral3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl)-1-phenethanol with the comparative analysis of synthetic methods was also sum-marized.
