工程建设管理中,安全与质量是两个相对重要的因素,其中安全管理工作尤为重要,而且涉及的内容多、范围广。任何环节出现安全问题都会对建设工程的质量、进度及成本控制管理目标产生严重影响。本文就工程管理中的安全管理范围及作用进行了探讨,并对安全管理现状进行了分析,从而提出有效的改进措施。

Safety and quality are the two relatively important factors in construction management, and the safety management is particularly important, and it involves many contents and broad scope. Safety problems in any part will have a serious impact on the quality, progress and cost control management goals of the construction engineering. This paper discusses the range and effect of safety management in engineering management, analyzes the current status of safety management, and puts forward effective improvement measures.
