摘要
本文构建的房地产投资决策指标体系主要是从区域的熟悉度、企业规模以及经营风险和投资成本四方面考虑的。在确定指标权重的基础上运用VIKOR法对房地产投资指标进行分析,得到各个投资方案的利益比率,并对决策结果进行了详细的分析,为有效提升房地产投资决策提供理论参考。
The real estate investment decision-making index system is construted mainly concerning from the four aspects of regional familiarity, enterprise scale, management risk and investment cost. Based on determining the index weight, this paper analyzes the real estate investment index using VIKOR method, gets the interest rate of various investment programs, and analyzes the decision results in detail, providing a theoretical reference for the effective promotion of real estate investment decision.
