摘要
应用型本科院校的特殊性决定了应用型本科院校青年教师应具有自身特性。本文分析了应用型本科院校师资队伍在职称、学历、实践教学和专职青年教师等方面的现状及存在的问题,提出加强青年教师培训,促进青年教师专业发展等建议。
The particularity of applied university determines that the teachers should have their own characteristics. By examining the current status and problems of professional title structure, education structure,practical teaching and full-time young teachers of the teaching staff of applied undergraduate universities, corresponding countermeasures are proposed to strengthening teacher training to promote the professional development of teachers.
