摘要
校本方面的研究关注到了教育本质的回归,但对个体的关注尚存在不足。作为校本走向生本的过渡,班本教育的相关研究源于"人是发展的根本目的""因材施教""和谐师生观"等教育理念。梳理相关文献发现,班本研究尚处于起步阶段,无论是理论还是实践方面都有待充实。针对如何更好地实施班本教育,有必要对班级授课制以及传统班级管理管理的相关问题进行研究与探讨。
School-based research concerns the essence of education,but there are still deficiencies in individual concern. As the transition from "school-based" to "student-based", the related research about "class-based" stems from the education philosophies including "Man is the fundamental objective of development", "individualized teaching" "harmonious teacher-student view" and others. Related literature shows that "class-based" study is still in its infancy, yet to be enriched both in theory and practice. It is necessary to study and discuss about class system and traditional classroom management to implement"class-based"education better.
