青少年公益事业发展模式及政策研究

Research on the Development Mode and Policy of Teenagers Public Welfare Undertakings

本文简要阐述了研究我国青少年公益事业发展模式的目的,就目前我国青少年公益事业发展模式的不足进行了分析,认为发展模式比较单一和不存在可持续发展性,根据这两个缺陷提出了我国青少年公益事业发展值得借鉴和大力发展的"孵化器"、企业化管理、政府购买服务、与企业合作、公益创投等多种发展模式。

This paper briefly expounds the purpose of teenager public welfare development mode research in China, and analyzes the defects of the current teenager public welfare development mode. It is considered that the development mode is unitary, and there is no sustainable development. According to the two defects, various development modes including ＂incubator＂, enterprise management, government purchase services, cooperation with enterprises and venture philanthropy are put forward.
