标准化沟通在重症监护室患者转出交接中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨标准化沟通方式在重症监护室患者转出交接中的应用效果。方法 2013年7—9月,对同济大学附属上海市肺科医院胸外科手术患者在转运交接中采用标准化沟通方式,包括术后患者转运交接表格和标准化转运交接流程,观察患者交接过程中交接时间、护理不良事件发生情况和护理人员满意度,并与实施标准化沟通方式前进行比较。结果实施标准化沟通方式后,交接耗时由平均(17.5±3.0)min降为平均(11.7±2.3)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);交接中出现的各种问题由172例降为67例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理人员满意度得分提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施标准化沟通方式后,在患者交接转运中,有效减少了各种护理不良事件的发生,缩短了转运交接时间,提高了安全护理的质量。
