防老剂SP乳化工艺条件优化及其对丁苯橡胶1502E性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对防老剂SP的乳化工艺条件进行了优化,考察了其用量对丁苯橡胶(SBR) 1502 E力学性能及硫化特性的影响.结果表明,以歧化松香酸皂为乳化剂,乳化剂用量(以防老剂SP干基为1份计)为0.2份时,用去离子水配制质量分数为30%的防老剂SP乳液,在乳化温度为60℃、乳化时间为8 min、高速乳化机搅拌转速为20 000 r/min时,防老剂SP乳液静置60 min以上未分层,乳化效果良好;当防老剂SP用量(以橡胶为100份计)为1.0~1.2份时,SBR 1502 E的力学性能较好,所制备试样的正硫化时间较工业试样短. The emulsification process conditions of antioxidant SP was optimized,and the effect of amount of antioxidant SP on properties of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) 1502 E was investigated.The results showed that the emulsification effectiveness was good,and the emulsion was not stratified for more than 60 min when disproportionated rosin acid soap was used as emulsifier and its amount was 0.2 phr(by antioxidant 1 phr) at emulsification temperature 60 ℃,emulsification time 8 min and stirring speed 20 000 r/min.When the amount of antioxidant SP ranged in 1.0-1.2 phr(by rubber 100 phr),the mechanical properties of SBR 1502 E was better,and the optimum cure time was short than ones of industrial samples.
