摘要
依据JJF 1059—1999,对丁基橡胶(IIR)门尼黏度国家标准物质候选物1751的门尼黏度定值不确定度的各分量,如测量的重复性、试样的均匀性及稳定性、测试仪器的温度和转速引入的不确定度进行了评定。结果表明,IIR 1751的ML(1+4)100℃、ML(1+8)100℃、ML(1+4)125℃、ML(1+8)125℃定值的不确定度分别为0.5、0.5、0.6、0.6,其标称值分别为76.6±0.5、75.6±0.5、56.3±0.6、53.4±0.6。
The uncertainty components of characterization of Mooney viscosity were evaluated according to JJF 1059-1999 for the candidate of butyl rubber(IIR) 1751 of state reference material,including the uncertainties resulted in from measuring repeatability,homogeneity and stability of samples,temperature and rotation speed of measuring apparatus.The results showed that the uncertainty of characterization of ML(1 +4)100 ℃,ML(1 +8)100 ℃,ML(1 + 4) 125 ℃ and ML(1 + 8) 125 ℃ of IIR 1751 were 0.5,0.5,0.6,0.6 respectively,and the nominal values were 76.6 ± 0.5,75.6 ± 0.5,56.3 ± 0.6,53.4 ± 0.6 respectively.
