摘要
以新型连续塑炼机为实验平台,天然橡胶为生胶原料,考察了填充系数对天然橡胶连续塑炼效果的影响。结果表明,在塑炼段、销钉段和挤出段3段机筒和机头冷却水温度依次为40,50,60,70℃,转子转速为30 r/min,填充系数为60%的工艺条件下,连续塑炼机具有最好的塑炼效果,天然橡胶门尼黏度的下降幅度最大,塑炼胶更加均匀。
With continuous masticator as experimental platform,natural rubber as raw material,the influence of filling factor on the continuous mastication effect of natural rubber was investigated.The results showed that when the cooling water temperatures of plasticizing section,pin section and extruding section barrels and the rotor head was 40,50,60,70 ℃ respectively,rotor speed was 30 r/min,filling factor was 60%,the best effect of continuous masticator was acquired,the Mooney viscosity of natural rubber decreased to maximum extent and the masticated rubber was more uniform.
