摘要
研究了普通硫黄硫化体系(CV)、半有效硫化体系(SEV)和有效硫化体系(EV)硫化天然橡胶(NR)的机械力-化学再生,采用化学探针试剂法分析了3种硫化体系NR硫化胶及其再生硫化胶的交联键类型及其分布,考察了再生胶的硫化特性、力学性能、动态力学性能,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱对其结构进行了分析。结果表明,EV硫化体系NR的硫化时间最短,CV硫化体系最长。CV硫化体系硫化胶的多硫键含量最高,EV硫化体系单硫键含量最高,SEV硫化体系介于两者之间;在NR进行机械力-化学再生过程中,交联键的破坏以键能较低的多硫键为主。CV硫化体系NR再生硫化胶的再生效果好,力学性能佳,储能模量低,损耗因子高。
Natural rubber(NR) vulcanizates with sulfur,semi-efficient and efficient curing systems (CV,SEV,EV) were reclaimed by mechanochemical process.The cross bond types and their distributions of the three kinds of NR vulcanizates and their reclaimed rubbers were identified by chemical probes.The cure characteristics,mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of reclaimed NR were investigated,and the structure of them was analyzed by Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the optimum cure time of EV based NR vulcanizate was the shortest,and the CV based the longest.The polysulfide bond content in CV based NR vulcanizate was the highest,the monosulfide bond content in EV based NR vulcanizate was the highest,and those in SEV based NR vulcanizate fell in between.In the mechanochemical process of NR vulcanizates,the breakage of polysulfide bond was dominant because of its lower bond energy,so that CV based NR vulcanizate had better reclamation efficiency,and the vulcanizate of its reclaimed rubber had higher mechanical properties,lower storage modulus and larger loss factor.
