摘要
采用EST-SSR标记对59份甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)种质资源的遗传多样性进行研究.结果表明,46对EST-SSR标记中有23对扩增出多态性,EST-SSR标记的多态性信息含量(Polymorphic information content,PIC)值的分布范围为0.239~0.588,平均值为0.386;46个标记共检测到54个多态性位点,种质两两之间的简单匹配(Simple matching,SM)系数范围为0~0.981;聚类结果表明,在相似系数为0.19处,59份甜瓜种质可以分为2类.
The genetic diversity of 59 melon (Cucumis melo L.) germplasm resources were studied using EST-SSR markers.The results showed that 23 pairs of 46 pairs EST-SSR markers were polymorphic.The polymorphic information content (PIC) values of these markers varied from 0.239 to 0.588,with the average of 0.386.54 polymorphic sites were detected from 46 pairs of EST-SSR markers,and the simple matching(SM) coefficients of 0~0.981.The results of cluster showed that 59 melon germplasm resources could be devided into two groups when the SM coefficient was 0.19.
