农村合作经济组织内部治理结构与运行绩效的关系——基于湖北省长阳县农民专业合作社的实证分析

The Relationship between Internal Governance Structure and Operational Performance of Rural Cooperative Economic Organization——Based on Empirical Analysis of Farmer's Specialized Cooperatives of Changyang County in Hubei Province

基于对湖北省长阳县17个农民专业合作社的调查数据,通过实证分析,探究农村合作经济组织内部治理结构和运行绩效的关系。在此基础上,提出优化农户合作经济组织内部治理结构、健全组织的监督机制与利润分配机制、重视社员表决权等促进我国农村合作经济组织健康发展的建议。

Based on the data of 17 Farmer＇s Specialized Cooperatives in Changyang countT of Hubei province,the relationship between internal governance structure and operational performance of rural cooperative economic organization was studied through empirical analysis.It is advised to promote the healthy development of rural cooperative economic organizations through optimizing the internal governance structure of farmers＇ cooperative economic organizations,perfecting supervision and profit distribution mechanism,and attaching importance to the voting rights of members.
