摘要 为提高电力系统暂态稳定分析的可靠性,针对PSD-BPA暂态稳定程序中水轮机模型(TW卡)的输出无法吻合实测结果的问题,将该模型按照水轮机的传递系数结构图展开,经过比较分析,指出该水轮机模型中等于1的水轮机力矩对导叶开度的传递系数是其仿真结果偏离实际的原因所在,提出采用实测的水轮机力矩对导叶开度的传递函数代替该传递系数构成改进的水轮机模型,该模型仿真结果与实测结果吻合,仿真精度较TW卡显著提升,能够为电力系统暂态稳定分析提供更加贴近实际的机组仿真响应。 The model of hydro-turbine expressed as TW card in PSD-BPA, software for stability calculation of power system, can not accurately simulate actual governor's work in transient of power system. The defect that transfer coefficient of torque resulted from addition of guide vane equals one results simulation error of TW card. In order to improve the reliability of power system transient stability analysis, an improved mode is proposed. The transfer coefficient equaling one is placed by measured transfer function of guide vane and torque in the improved model, which improves the accuracy of simulation. The responses to different frequency steps of hydro-turbine simulated by the improved model coincide with the measured, which shows the model can provide more realistic simulation than TW card.
