摘要 【目的】研究PEG胁迫下小麦幼苗形态和生理指标的变化,了解不同基因型小麦品种苗期的抗旱特性。【方法】选取11份新疆主栽小麦品种,采用PEG模拟干旱胁迫的方法,对光合速率、蒸腾速率、过氧化物酶等生理指标进行研究。【结果】干旱胁迫对参试材料的形态指标和生理指标均产生了显著的影响,不同基因型小麦的生理指标总体变化趋势一致,但变化程度明显不同。干旱胁迫下,11个小麦品种光合速率、叶绿素含量、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均呈下降趋势,过氧化物酶含量、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量均呈升高趋势。【结论】小麦幼苗应对干旱胁迫时,基因型是影响其各指标变化的重要因素,不同基因型小麦通过不同的生理机制或调控方式来适应逆境。 [Objective] This paper aims to study the changes of morphological and physiological characters under PEG drought-resistance of wheat and investigate characteristics of drought resistance about different wheat varieties in seedling.[Method] Some physiological indexes such as photosynthetie rate,evaporation rate and peroxidase had been studied by means of PEG imitating of 11 wheat varieties from Xinjiang.[Result] Morphological and physiological characters were all significantly influenced by simulated drought stress.Different wheat varieties showed the similar tendency among physiological index,but obvious dissimilarity was found in the degrees of these changes.Photosynthetie rate,Chlorophyll,evaporation rate and stomatal conductivity were increased and Peroxidase,malnodialdehyde and proline were declined under drought-stress.[Conclusion] Genotype was an important factor affecting the changes of each index,and these physiological and regulation mechanism changes may help to alleviate the drought-stress injury to different wheat.
