高产高油三系杂交油菜秀油杂363的选育

Breeding of Xiuyouza 363,a Three-line Hybrid Rape Variety with High Yield and High Oil Content

为选育出适宜江西省双季稻三熟、单季稻二熟和棉油两熟制地区种植的高产优质杂交油菜新品种,以波里马细胞质雄性不育系3A与恢复系11C-63为亲本组配了高产高油三系杂交油菜新品种秀油杂363。该组合在江西省2011—2013年度油菜区域试验中的平均产量为2 258.0kg/hm2,比中油杂2号(CK)增产12.4%,增产达极显著,两年平均产油量为998.3kg/hm2,比中油杂2号(CK)增产24.4%;含油量44.0%,芥酸含量为0,硫甙含量为18.3μmol/g;具有高产稳产、含油量高、品质优、中熟偏早等特点,于2014年3月通过江西省农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号2014003)。

Xiuyouza 363,a three-line hybrid rape variety with high yield and high oil content,was bred from 3A （Polima CMS line）11C-63 （a restorer）to breed hybrid rape varieties with high yield and high quality for areas of double cropping rice with triple cropping,single cropping rice with double cropping and cotton/rape double cropping in Jiangxi Province.The average yield and oil yield in Jiangxi rape regional tests during 2011-2013 is 2 258.0 kg/hm^2 and 998.3kg/hm^2,12.4% and 24.4% higher than Zhongyouza 2 （CK ）respectively. Xiuyouza 363 with the advantages of zero erucic acid content, 18.3 （mol/g glucosinolates content,high and stable yield,high oil content,excellent quality and early-mid maturity was approved by Jiangxi Crops Variety Examination Committee in March,2014.
