蛹虫草类胡萝卜素发酵动力学模型的构建 被引量:2

Establishment of Kinetics Models for Carotenoids Synthesis from Liquid Fermentation of Cordyceps militaris

摘要 通过以精氨酸为氮源的蛹虫草液体发酵,测定发酵后的类胡萝卜素含量、菌丝的干重、还原糖浓度和基质消耗参数,构建蛹虫草液体发酵合成类胡萝卜素过程的动力学模型。结果表明,蛹虫草液体发酵过程中蛹虫草菌体生长和蛹虫草类胡萝卜素的合成属于非生长偶联型;且随菌体生长,底物被迅速利用。对比试验数据和所构建的3个动力学模型表明,两者能很好的拟合,基本反映了蛹虫草液体发酵合成类胡萝卜素过程的动力学特征,为工业生产提供参考价值。 The kinetics models for carotenoids synthesis from liquid fermentation of C.militaris was established by determining carotenoids content,dry mecelium weight,reducing sugar concentration and substrate consumption parameter after liquid fermentation of C.militaris by using arginine as the nitrogen source.The results showed that mycelium growth of C.militaris and synthesis of C.militaris carotenoids during the process of C.militaris liquid fermentation belongs to the non-growth coupling type and the substrate is utilized rapidly with mycelium growth.Three kinetics models basically reflect the kinetics characteristics of carotenoids synthesis from liquid fermentation of C.militaris by comparing the experiment data with the established kinetics models, which can provide a reference for industrial production.
