3对桑蚕原种在贵州春季饲养的性状表现

Character Performance of the Parent Eggs of Three Pairs of Silkworm Varieties in Spring

为了给桑蚕品种的推广应用提供参考,比较了贵蚕一号、洞庭×碧波、两广二号3对桑蚕原种在贵州春季饲养的生长发育情况及其一代杂交种的繁育成绩。结果表明:1)在6个参试原蚕品种中,以两广二号原蚕(9·芙和7·湘)的抗病性最好,洞庭×碧波原蚕(洞庭和碧波)和贵蚕一号中系原蚕(827·薪杭)其次,贵蚕一号日系原蚕(826·科明)较差。2)各品种F1杂交种的繁育系数差异不大,贵蚕一号、两广二号和洞庭×碧波3对蚕品种平均1g蚁的制种量分别为18.45盒、18.17盒和17.36盒,正反交平均1kg茧的制种量分别为4.54盒、5.15盒和4.73盒。3对桑蚕的原种均适合在贵州春季蚕期进行扩繁生产。

The growth of the parent eggs of Guican 1 ,Liangguang 2 and Dongting Bibo and breeding performance of their F1 hybrids in Spring were compared to provide a reference for popularization and application of silkworm varieties.The results showed that：1 ）The parent eggs （9 Fu and 7 Xiang）of Liangguang 2 have the best resistance in 6 tested silkworm varieties,followed by parent eggs （Dongting and Bibo）of Dongting Bibo,parent eggs （827 Xinhang）of Guican 1and parent eggs （826 Keming）of Guican 1;2 ）There is no significant difference in breeding coefficient between different F1 hybrids,the average seed production of 1g young larva of Guican 1,Liangguang 2 and Tongting Bibo is 18.45,18.17 and 17.36 boxes separately and the seed production of 1 kg cocoon of their reciprocal crosses is 4.54,5.15 and 4.73 boxes respectively.In conclusion,the parent eggs of three pairs of silkworm varieties all can be suitably propagated in Spring season of Guizhou.
