摘要
为探讨矮化黄瓜下胚轴膨胀素基因对植物激素调节的响应,通过外施不同浓度的 IAA、GA3和BR,利用Real-time PCR检测膨胀素基因Cs-EXPA1和Cs-EXPA2对不同浓度激素处理的表达量。结果表明:矮化黄瓜下胚轴中2个膨胀素基因表达对植物激素的响应总体一致,在前期(3 d)IAA和 BR对膨胀素基因的表达影响最大,在中期(6-9 d)GA3和 BR对膨胀素基因的表达影响较大,而在后期(12 d)IAA对膨胀素基因的表达影响最大。
In order to explore the response of expansin gene in the hypocotyledonary axis of dwarf cucumber to plant hormonal regulation, the expression quantity of expansin genes Cs-EXPA1 and Cs-EXPA2 to different hormone treatments was detected by using Real-time PCR.Results:The two expansin genes in the hypocotyledonary axis of dwarf cucumber had consistent response to plant hormone in general,IAA and BR had the greatest influence on expansin gene expression in the early stage(3 d), which were GA3 and BR in the middle stage(6-9 d)and IAA in the late stage(1 2 d).
