摘要
为了综合开发石楠藤,采用乙醇回流法获得石楠藤浸提液,对浸提温度、液料比、乙醇浓度以及浸提时间分别进行单因素试验,并在L9(34)正交试验基础上确定了石楠藤浸提液清除·OH的最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:石楠藤浸提液清除·OH的最佳工艺条件为浸提温度70℃、液料比5∶1(mL∶g)、乙醇浓度40%,浸提2.5h,该条件下的·OH清除率为0.550;浸提液体积为1.8mL时,对·OH清除率达0.783(羟自由基浓度为1.47×10-4,以H2O2计)。
To comprehensively exploit P.wallichii,a single-factor test was conducted on extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration and extraction time through ethanol reflux method, and the optimum extraction conditions were confirmed according to K values from the L9 (3 4 )orthogonal experiment.Results:The best extraction conditions included extraction temperature 70℃,liquid-solid ratio 5∶1,ethanol concentration 40% and extraction time 2.5 h.Under these conditions the · OH clearance rate was 0.550,and reached 0.783 when the extract volume was 1.8 mL(hydroxyl radical concentration 1.47×10^-4 ,H2 O2 ).
