农村基础设施与经济增长的互动关系:基于省际面板数据的分析

Interaction Between Rural Infrastructure and Economic Growth Based on Provincial Panel Data

为了解我国不同地区农村基础设施与经济增长的互动关系,以确定不同地区农村基础设施投资的优先序,为制定恰当的农村基础设施发展战略提供参考,基于2003-2010年我国农村地区的省际面板数据,运用面板数据单位根检验、面板协整检验与误差修正模型,对东部、中部和西部地区农村基础设施与经济增长之间的互动关系进行了研究。结果表明:东部、中部和西部地区的基础设施和农村经济增长之间存在长期协整关系,且具有明显的区域差异,农村能源基础设施对西部地区的促进作用最大,其次是中部地区,最后是东部地区;交通通讯基础设施对东部地区农村经济发展的促进作用最大,其次是西部,最后是中部地区。社会事业基础设施对各地区农村经济的增长均呈负向影响。

The interaction between rural infrastructure and economic growth in the East,Central and West areas of China was analyzed by the panel data unit root test,panel co-integration test and error correction model based on the provincial panel data of rural areas in China from 2003 to 2010 to determine the priority of rural infrastructure investment in different rural areas and to provide a reference for formulating the proper development strategy of rural infrastructure.There is a long-term co-integration relationship between rural infrastructure and economic development growth in the East,Central and West areas of China but there is significant difference in rural infrastructure and economic development growth between different areas. Rural energy infrastructure plays an important role for rural economic development of the West area, followed by the Central and East areas. The traffic communication infrastructure plays an important role for rural economic development of the East area,followed by the West and Central areas.The social undertaking infrastructure has a negative effect on rural economic development of different areas.
