基于脑注意网络的单侧忽略研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 单侧忽略（Unilateral Neglect,UN）,又称为单侧忽视、单侧空间注意障碍,是一组复杂的认知行为障碍的统称,以不能对脑损伤对侧身体或空间呈现的各种刺激（包括视觉、躯体感觉、听觉以及运动觉）做出反应为典型特征。单侧忽略最常见于右侧脑卒中患者,大约三分之一的卒中患者在发病一年后仍然存在忽略症状。单侧忽略不仅影响患者的视觉-空间能力及专注力,而且严重影响患者的认知及运动功能康复效果，是功能独立能力的重要预测指标.
