摘要 利用毛细管流变仪、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)仪、差式扫描量热(DSC)仪、旋转流变仪、核磁共振谱(NMR)仪等分析手段,表征了大型中空高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)专用树脂TR 571 M的微观结构,分析了其微观结构对物理机械性能、结晶及氧化性能、流变性能、加工性能等的影响,并与国内外同类先进产品进行了对比。结果表明,TR 571 M树脂所含共聚单体1-己烯的质量分数为0.47%,熔体流动速率(MFR)为0.26 g/min,Mw为19.9×104,Mw/Mn为15.42,结晶点为115.2℃,氧化诱导期为84.3 min,零剪切黏度为23.9×104Pa·s,具有优良的加工性能以及刚韧平衡性,适宜于大型中空制品的吹塑成型。 By using capillary rheometer,gel permeation chromatography (GPC),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),rotary rheometer,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR),the microstructure of large hollow blowing moulding specialty high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin TR 571 M was characterized,the influences of microstructure on its mechanical properties,crystallization and oxidation behaviors,rheological property,and processability were analyzed and compared with those of domestic and foreign similar advanced products.The results showed that the mass fraction of comonomer 1-hexane in TR 571 M resin was 0.47%,and the melt flow rate (MFR) was 0.26 g/min,Mw was 19.9 × 10^4Mm/Mn was 15.42,crystallization point was 115.2 ℃,the oxidation induction period was 84.3 min,zero shear viscosity was 23.9 ×104 Pa · s,which indicated that TR 571 M processed excellent processability and rigidity-toughness balance,suitable for blowing moulding of large hollow containers.
