摘要 本文通过研究钎焊料315的DTA曲线,确定其熔融开始温度,并通过测量汽轮机末级叶片材料2Cr13的热膨胀曲线,确定其相变点,分析2 Cr13淬火后疲劳性能,确定钎焊工艺的温度余富度,并测量不同温度下钎焊后结合强度。结果表明:钎焊料315的开始熔融温度为680℃,2Cr13的Ac1温度为807℃,2Cr13淬火后缺口敏感性十分明显,钎焊的温度选择范围为680~807℃,钎焊最佳热处理温度为700℃。 In this paper , by studying the DTA curve of Solder 315 , its melting starting temperature was determined.And by measuring the thermal expansion curve of 2Cr13, the turbine last stage blades material, its phase transition point was determined .Analyzing the fatigue performance of 2Cr13 after quenching , the temperature surplus of brazing technology was determined , and also the bonding strength was measured after brazing under different temperature .The results showed that the melting start temperature of Solder315 is 680℃,the Ac1 of 2Cr13 is 807℃, the notch sensitivity of 2Cr13 is quite obvious , the temperature range of brazing is 680~807℃, and the best heat treatment tempera-ture is 700 ℃.
