摘要
冷室卧式压铸机由多个系统组成,其中液压系统是关键系统之一,也是故障较多的系统。本文以意大利ITALPRESSE公司IP2150SC型冷室卧式压铸机为例,分析了压铸机液压系统的故障原因并给出相应的排除方法。
The cold chamber die casting machine is composed of multiple systems , and hydraulic sys-tem is one of the key system , in which there are more system faults .In this paper , taking IP2150 SC cold chamber die casting machine made in ITALPRESSE of Italian Company as an example , the rea-sons of hydraulic system fault of die casting machine are analyzed , and finally elimination methods are put forward .
