摘要
基于行为科学原理对非煤矿山事故中人的不安全行为进行分析得出,不安全行为产生于缺乏对不安全行为的人进行安全培训。本文提出安全培训本质是使受教育者提高安全意识、掌握安全知识、学会安全技能,与此相对应的培训方式也是随之变化的,教育对象的不同更应实施个性化的教育,并对实施个性化安全教育的计算机支持系统进行了深入翔实的研究和开发。
Based on behavior science , the paper analyzes unsafe human behaviors in non -coal mining accidents , and summed up the conclusion that human unsafe behaviors resulted from lack of safety ed-ucation to those people .This article proposes that the goal of safety education is to make the operators raise safety consciousness , grasp safety knowledge , master safety skills and have the corresponding education contents and methods .It would be more necessary to carry out ISE （ Individualized Safety Education ） according to the different educational objects .This article also conducted intensive re-search and development of computer system that was used for executing ISE .
