颌面外科全麻手术患者眼部并发症的原因分析及预防

Cause analysis and prevention of optic complication in maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia

目的:分析颌面外科全麻手术患者眼部并发症的发生原因,探讨其预防措施。方法:选择我科2010年10月至2013年10月期间择期在全麻下行颌面部手术的216例患者中发生眼部并发症的51例患者进行相关影响因素分析和总结。结果:术后48 h内,42例患者出现眼睛不适(刺痛、畏光、流泪、异物感),9例患者出现结膜充血,无1例患者出现暴露性角膜炎及眼睛失明等表现。结论:颌面外科全麻手术患者术前眼睛保护至关重要,术中尽可能避免眼部并发症的相关影响因素,从而减少眼部并发症的发生。

Objective： To analyze the causes of optic complications of maxillofacial surgery and investigate the prophylactic measures. Methods： The related influencing factors of optic complications were analyzed and summarized in 216 cases of maxillofacial operations under general anesthesia from 2010 to 2013.Results： There were discomforts of eye in 42 cases and conjunctival congestion in 9 cases;no exposure keratitis and blind occurred. Conclusions： Paitient preoperative protection is very important in maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia. In order to reduce the optic complications,the related influencing factors should be avoided as far as possible during the operation.
