摘要
为寻找新型烟草保润剂,以丙二醇为对照,研究了吐温及司盘系列非离子表面活性剂对烟丝保润及防潮性能的影响。结果表明,吐温(40、20、80)、司盘(40、80)的保润及防潮效果均优于丙二醇;在感官质量方面,吐温-40优于丙二醇,主要表现在提升卷烟香气和舒适性;吐温-40的裂解试验表明,其裂解产物含有多种烟草致香物质及特殊增香酮类、酯类及醛类化合物。
In order to seek new- type humectants for tobacco,taking propylene glycol as the control,we studied the effects of Tween and Span series of non- ionic surface active agents on the moist- keeping and humidity resistance of cut tobacco. The results indicated that Tween- 40,Tween- 20,Tween- 80,Span- 40 and Span- 80 all had better moist- keeping and humidity- resistant effects than propylene glycol. Tween- 40 was more advantageous to the improvement of sensory quality( especially aroma and comfort) of cigarette than propylene glycol. The pyrolysis test for Tween- 40 at 650 ℃ showed that its cleavage products contained a variety of aroma components in cigarette smoke and some special flavorous ketone,ester and aldehyde compounds.
