摘要
宽带砂光机磨削时当磨削厚度较大或工件尺寸小、质量轻时,工件极易发生反弹。为了从根本上解决这一问题,在测定工件与进料带摩擦系数的基础上,通过对磨削过程中磨削力、法向力和正压力的受力平衡分析,寻求一个最小正压力,从而使工件能够顺利进给。本文分析了选用不同的橡胶进料带,在不同材种、不同的磨削厚度时工件受力情况,确定了工件进给所需的最小正压力,实现了磨削正压力和橡胶带的优化配置。
The workpiece is prone to rebound when sanding thickness is larger or workpiece dimension is small in abrasive belt sanding machine. In order to solve this problem, the sanding force, the normal force and the pressure of the sanding process applied on workpiece were analyzed and the minimum sanding pressure was determined for the workpiece feed. Analyzing the forces of workpiece of different wood species and sanding thickness when selecting the different feeding rubber belts and the minimum sanding pressure was determined in this paper.
