摘要
为分析碳纤维木质复合材料(CFRW)的电学性能,采用木质纤维作为基体材料,加入碳纤维得到具有导电性的新型复合材料。通过对CFRW表面电阻率测试实验数据分析可知,碳纤维赋予CFRW较好的电学性能,其表面电阻率与温度呈负效应关系。为更直观地展现CFRW样板的表面电阻率的变化规律及电学性能,研究中采用ANSYS软件对复合材料进行有限元建模,分析碳纤维含量对电位和电场分布情况的影响。仿真得到的电场分布数据分析结果显示,所建的有限元模型可实现从微观角度对宏观电学性能的间接表达和预测。此研究的实现可为功能型复合材料宏微观的关联研究分析提供基础依据。
To analyze the electrical properties of carbon fiber wood composites(CFRW), by putting the carbon fiber into the wood which is the basic part, getting the new composite material with electrical conductivity. By measuring the CFRW surface resistivity, gaining the experimental data. To analysis the data, carbon fiber prompted CFRW is of some electrical conductivity, and the surface resistivity has negative relationship with temperature. Based on the experimental model, it can be in more intuitive description of the model of CFRW with electrical performance and the change rule of surface resistivity. Adopt ANSYS software to make model of the composite material with finite element, to analyze the impact on carbon fiber content for the distribution of potential and electric field. Through the modeling simulation, analyzing the data of electric field distribution, the finite element model can express and indirect the relation of from the micro to macro, the realization of the study can provide functional basis for the composite material of macro and micro analysis of the association studies.
