关于表扬的心理学研究述评 被引量:1

摘要 表扬是父母、老师给予儿童最常见的反馈方式之一。文章先介绍了表扬及表扬类型,然后阐述了表扬对儿童的影响:不同类型的表扬对儿童在失败前的影响不存在差异,但在失败后,接受努力表扬或过程取向的表扬对儿童的发展更有利。表扬效果不仅受表扬类型的影响,还受到年龄、性别等主体特质的影响。
