摘要
六年制本科农村小学教师定向培养是课程体系构建的基本依据,其专业定位为"定格在本科,定性在教育,定向在小学,定型为教师,定制为六年"。课程体系由通识课程、专业课程、任选课程、辅修课程、实践课程五大板块构成,各板块自成序列,互为补充;其特点表现在:文化基础与技能发展并重,专业发展与多向辅修结合,理论学习与实践训练融合,职前培养与职后成长有效衔接。
Six-year college directional training is the basic foundation of curriculum system construction, and its professional positioning is "based on the undergraduate course, determining the nature on education, orientated to elementary school, finalize the design of teachers, customized for six years". Curriculum system consist of the general courses, professional courses, optional course, minor course, and practice course; these five plates form their own sequence, and complement each other. Its characteristic displays in: cultural foundation and skills development weigh the same; professional and minors develop at the same time; theoretical study and practice of training converge; pre-employment training and after-job growth cohere effectively.
