With social development and increasing talents cultivation demand, film education in colleges and universities has been undergone a high speed development; a new hierarchical and systematic pattern has formed： film major, professional film education, movie resource utilization in multimedia teaching, quality education courses, the extracurricular activities ＂movie fever＂ phenomenon, etc. the characteristics and advantages of film education and its extracurricular activities are prominent. This will promote the reform of the combination of professional education and quality education.
