摘要
河南能源化工集团中原大化公司合成氨装置生产设备已进入中后期使用阶段,一段转化炉损坏、净化系统碱液脏、循环冷却水温度高等问题严重制约着装置的高负荷生产。本文针对以上问题进行了系统分析,提出了解决及优化措施。
Primary reformer damage, dirty alkaline solution of purification system and high temperature of circulating cooling water seriously resist high load of ammonia plant of Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group Zhongyuan Dahua Company since ammonia plant is in the middle and later periods of lifetime. This paper analyzes the reasons for redistricting ammonia plant high load and puts forward solutions and optimizing measures.
