摘要
针对川化股份有限公司引进合成氨装置四大机组控制系统和机械液压调速机构技术落后、运行维护成本高等问题,采用先进、专业的ITCC机组综合控制系统——TS3000和一体化的电液调速机构实现机组的综合控制及联锁功能,减少了故障发生几率,降低了机组的运行和维护成本。
Aiming at backward technology and high operation and maintenance cost of control system and mechanical hydraulic governor for four compressor units of the imported ammonia plant of Sichuan Chemical Company Ltd, advanced professional ITCC package integrated control system, TS3000, and incorporate electrohydraulic governor are adopted to realize the comprehensive control and interlock for the compressor units, which decreases the probability of failure and lowers the operation and maintenance cost.
