摘要
文章分析了COREX高炉铜冷却壁波纹补偿器焊接点漏气原因。介绍了现场处理方法,并提出了解决冷却壁波纹管漏气的方案。认为在今后的设计中因尽量避免采用多种材料在一起的异种金属焊接。
This paper analyzed the reasons of COREX blast furnace copper cooling wall corrugated compensator weld leakage and various treatment methods were discussed. The cooling wall corrugated pipe leakage processing put forward a new solution in the design of the future due to avoid welding a variety of materials and dissimilar metal together in the neighborhood.
