企业创新与政府创新公共服务平台的博弈分析

Game Analysis of Enterprise Innovation and Government Innovation Public Service Platform

为了促使企业积极利用创新公共服务平台,文章建立了创新型企业与政府之间的博弈模型,从理论层面证明了创新型企业积极利用创新公共服务平台将有益于企业快速达到利润目标,同时政府应该加强公共服务平台的建设。最后,利用Matlab软件进行数值模拟分析,结果表明,创新型企业应该与政府相互合作。但是,当合作达到一定程度后,创新型企业和政府应谨慎投入。

In order to encourage enterprises to actively use the innovation of public service platform, this paper establishes the game model in terms of the use and construction of public service platform. From the theoretical level, the result proves that in- novative enterprises which actively use the innovation public service platform will be beneficial to quickly meet profit targets, at the same time, the government should strengthen the construction of public service platform. Finally, this paper uses the Matlab software to carry on the numerical simulation, ~sults show that, the innovative enterprise should cooperate with the government. However, when cooperation to a certain extent, innovative enterprises and the government should be cautious to invest.
