Research on Talents Cultivation of Express Delivery Enterpriser Bases on the Staff Competence Model

文章从快递企业的特点出发,结合高职教育特色,提出了快递企业员工素质模型,进而从培养目标、课程设计和教学模式设计等三方面提出一系列构建在该模型上的高职物流快递人才培养措施。

This paper introduces the competency model for express delivery enterprise based on the characteristics of express delivery enterprise and features in higher vocational education. And then discussion of the theory of talents cultivation in higher vocational education from training objective, curriculum design and the teaching model design.
