摘要
目的分析孟鲁斯特联合布地奈德治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2011—2013年我院诊治的感染后咳嗽患者146例,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各73例。研究组给予孟鲁斯特联合布地奈德治疗,对照组给予酮替芬联合布地奈德治疗,均治疗7 d,观察两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果研究组患者总有效率为93.2%,高于对照组的80.8%(χ2=4.901,P=0.026);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论孟鲁斯特联合布地奈德治疗感染后咳嗽效果良好,能有效缓解患者咳嗽症状且无严重不良反应。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide on cough after infection. Methods From 2011 to 2013,146 patients with cough after infection in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,each of 73 cases. Study group given Montelukast combined with Budesonide,control group given Ketotifen combined with Bdesonide,both groups treated for 7 days. Clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of study group was 93. 2%,was higher than that of control group of 80. 8%（ χ2= 4. 901,P = 0. 026）; no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Montelukast combined with Budesonide has a good effect on cough after infection,which can effectively relieve cough symptoms,is without serious adverse reactions.
