摘要
德育有效性本质上是一种对象之于人的价值关系,必须联系主体及其尺度来理解。语义分析由"效"的文字学溯源开始,"效"有三个名词性用法:效用、效率、效果。而在语用层面,德育决策者基于国家立场和阶级意志,追求德育的效用价值,要求德育适应经济社会发展需要,培养有用人才;德育教育者要秉持绩效主义观念,执着于德育的效率,以期快速、高效地培养人才;德育受教育者则从鲜活的个体感受、体验出发,对德育有效性有着独特的理解和阐释,吁求真正的德育效果的诞生。
Moral education effectiveness in essence is a value relation between subjects and objects, and should be understood with subjects and the yardstick. Semantic analysis begins with the origin of the word “effectiveness”, which has three meanings:utility, efficiency and effectiveness. As for the pragmatic aspect, firstly, decision makers of moral education are expected to pursue the effective value of moral education on the basis of state position and class will and require moral education to adapt to the needs of economic and social development so as to cultivate useful talents; secondly, moral educational workers should uphold perform-ance assessment concept and hold on to moral education efficiency in order to cultivate talents with speed and high efficiency;thirdly, people who receive moral education ought to have unique understanding of moral education effectiveness out of fresh indi-vidual experience and call on real moral education effectiveness.
