摘要
面对日益激烈的物流行业竞争,以及日益增长的物流服务需求,科学地评价物流服务水平对提高物流企业的绩效管理水平尤为重要。基于关键绩效指标将企业战略目标分解为企业级、部门级、岗位级3级,利用层次分析法确定各层次指标权重,采用模糊综合评价法评价物流企业服务水平,并以某物流企业为例,对该企业物流服务水平进行评价分析。
Facing to the increasingly competition of logistic industry and logistic service demand, the scientific evaluation of logistic service level is particularly important on increasing performance management level of logistic enterprises. The enterprise's strategy object was divided into 3 grades (the enterprise grade, department grade and position grade)based on key performance indices, the weight of each layer index was determined by AHP method, and the service level of logistic enterprises was evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, then taking certain logistic enterprise as an example, evaluation analysis was taken on the enterprise's logistic service level.
