Analysis and Application of Influence Factors of Port Railway Planning

以辽宁沿海经济带沿线各新建、改建港口铁路规划设计情况为例,从疏港铁路、港湾站、港区铁路3个方面分析影响港口铁路规划设计的主要因素,并提出建议:疏港铁路的规划设计应适应港口运量特点,合理确定其接轨方案,铁路主要技术标准应与接轨铁路及路网相匹配;港湾站应结合港区规划进行选址,合理选择站场布置图形,科学配置技术作业设施;从分区车场、铁路走行线、装卸场3个方面对港区铁路规划设计提出建议。

Taking the plan and design status of each newly-built and reconstructed port railway along Liaoning coastal economic zones as examples, this paper analyzed the main factors influencing port railway planning and design from 3 aspects, such as distributed port railways, port station and the railways in port area. The paper also put forward relative suggestions, including： the plan and design of distributed port railway should adapt for characteristics of port traffic volume, the rail connection program of the railway should be reasonably determined, and main technical standards of the railway should match with the connected railway and railway network; port station should take location selection combining with port area planning, reasonably select station layout drawing and scientifically configure technical operation facilities; and put forward suggestions on railway plan and design in port area from 3 aspects of subsection yard, railway running track and loading yard.
