摘要
针对高速铁路枢纽站与市内交通换乘混乱、效率低的现状,在分析高速铁路枢纽站与市内交通换乘规律与特征,建立高速铁路枢纽站与市内交通换乘的评价指标体系,并设计量化计算方法的基础上,改进DEA模型。通过改进后的DEA模型对高速铁路枢纽站与市内交通换乘效率进行评价,分析各投入产出指标对效率的影响。以北京南站进行实例验证,结果表明,采用改进的DEA评价高速铁路枢纽站与市内交通换乘效率,能够提供可靠的改进意见,从而为交通管理部门与出行者提供决策依据。
Targeting with the status of disorder and low efficiency transfer between high-speed railway hub and urban transit, and based on analyzing the transfer principle and characteristics, establishing evaluation index system of the transfer and designing the quantification calculation method, the DEA model was improved. Through evaluating the transfer efficiency between high- speed railway hub and urban transit by using the improved DEA model, this paper analyzes the influence of each input/output index on efficiency. Taking Beijing South Station as example validation, the result shows the evaluation on transfer efficiency between high-speed railway hub and urban transit by using improved DEA could provide reliable improvement ideas, and then provide making- decision evidence for traffic management departments and travelers.
