本文就绵阳市在地震之后的重建问题做出了探究，分析了在重建过程中所碰到的问题。并从当地的具体情况出发，提出了具体的规划方案，以确保当地生态环境及文化的可持续发展。

This paper explores the reconstruction problems after the earthquake of Mianyang city and analyzes the prob-lems encountered in the process of reconstruction. And the author starts from the local specific circumstances and put for-ward the specific planning to ensure the sustainable develop-ment of the local ecological environment and culture.
