摘要
本文主要针对我国房地产工程的全过程技术管理进行分析，探究当前我国房地产发展的出路与创新途径，切实保证工程质量，推动房地产的规范化、健康化发展。
This article mainly analyzes the whole process technology management of real estate project, and explores the way out of real estate development and innovational path to ensure the engineering quality, so as to promotes the devel-opment of standardization and healthy for real estates.
