摘要
工程管理人员在施工过程中应该严格控制影响施工质量的各种因素，尤其应该注重对工序质量的控制。本文分析了工序控制的内容与措施，并探讨了工序质量控制在工民建施工中的作用与意义。
Project managers should be strictly control the various factors that influence the construction quality in construction process, especial y pay at ention to the process quality control. This paper analyzes the content and measures of process control, and discusses the role and meaning of process quality control in the civil construction.
