摘要
施工索赔管理是项目的施工过程一个重要环节。对索赔要做到科学面对、提前面对和依法面对。本文将从索赔事件发生的时间点角度出发，分别从事件发生前、中、后对索赔管理予以梳理和分析，以此来防止在今后的施工项目中类似事件的发生。
Construction counterclaim management is an imp-ortant link in project construction process. Claims to be scie-ntific facing, early facing and legal facing. Staring from the perspective of claim the time of the event, this article analyzes the claim management respectively from the before, during an-d after the incident to avoid similar incidents from happening in the future construction projects.
