摘要
随着施工企业在工程项目上的竞争日趋激烈，每一个施工企业在工程管理过程中应不断地加强成本的管理。因此本文从施工阶段成本的内涵和意义出发分析了施工成本的影响因素，最后提出了一些管理措施。
Along with the increasingly fierce competition be-tween construction enterprise, and construction enterprise sh-ould constantly strengthen the cost management in the process of project management. Therefore, starting from the connote-tion and significance of construction cost, this article analyzes the influence factors of construction cost and puts forward some management measures.
