本文从人与自然之间永恒共存的基础出发，探讨了人类在对抗自然方面的历史，并且分析了这些措施的根源。同时引入非线性理论，诠释了人类面对灾害时的新思考，提出了若干新的探索方式。

This paper starts from the basis of eternal coexist between human and nature, and discusses the history of human in combating natural, and analyzes the root cause of these measures. At the same time, the nonlinear theory is introduced to explain the new way of thinking about human in the face of disaster, and puts forward some new exploration ways.
